eClub® Questions

Q: What do I do if I lose my password for my eClub® account?
A: If you lose your password but you know the email address used to create the account, we will send your password to your email.  Click
here to fill out the password retrieval form.

Q: What if I don't remember the email address I used to create my eClub® account?
A: You can try all your email addresses by using our
password retrieval form.  In the case that none of your email addresses are found, then create a new account here.

Q.  I signed up and registered on the website, why am I not receiving my email coupons?

A.  There are a few reasons that this might happen.  It is important that you register your correct email address.  Our system is automatic and sends out a confirmation email as soon as you are finished.  Click on the “register now” button in case you forgot.

Also, your spam filter might be blocking the emails or sending the emails to junk mail or bulk mail. By adding eClub@golfpinelakes.com to your address book, this will ensure delivery.

 

Q.  I used to get the emails, now I do not.  How can I get them again? 

A.  If for some reason you stop getting the eclub specials, you can re-register.  Fill out the form again and you will be re-entered into our system.

 

Q.  I signed up last year for the eclub and my birthday is coming up.  I have not received my free birthday club coupon in my email.  Do I still get free birthday golf?

A. Yes you do! You need to sign in to your eClub account by clicking on the Online Specials button on the top of any page and insert your email address and password information.  You will then be able to print any of  the specials and coupons available to you.

 

Q. If I forward my e-mail to my friends can they also use the coupon?  If I bring the coupon in, can my whole group get the price?

A.  Unless stated on the coupon, the special is only good for the eClub member whose name is on the coupon.  A photo ID is required when presenting the coupon.  Once your friend has signed up for the eClub, he or she can receive the coupon that way.

 

Q.  How can I get the specials if I do not have a computer?

A.  All of the public libraries in our area offer free use of their computers.  All you would need is an email address to sign up at our website.  There are several places you can get a free email account:  www.hotmail.com    www.yahoo.com  www.mail.google.com.  When you sign up, your name will be automatically inserted on each coupon you choose to print.  In order to redeem the coupons, you are required to show a drivers license (photo ID) which shows your birth date.

 

Q.  If more than one of us in our group has birthday coupons, can we use them?

A.  Yes, if your birthdays fall in the same month or range of winter months as stated on the coupon, you would use option 1 on your birthday coupon and only pay the riding cart fee.

 

Q.  Can I split my 18 Hole birthday coupon for two (2) 9 hole rounds of golf?

A.  The free 18 hole round of birthday golf must be used during the same round on the same day. You may choose to play only 9 holes, but you will be charged $12 for the cart for either 9 or 18 holes.
