Please understand that during the busy times, we can get up to 10 requests per day for a donation.
1) All requests must meet one of the two following criteria:
- a 501(c)3 Corporation, or
- an organization that benefits (or is raising money for an organization that benefits) children, disabled, challenged, elderly, sick or disadvantaged.
Employee or business functions will not be considered.
2) The gift must be given away as part of a prize. Examples would include: a charity raffle, silent or live auction or for winning a contest.
3) We would like an email list of a minimum of 200 adults from N.E. Ohio or Western Pa for either:
- the event that the gift is being given at, or
- the list that the organization is using for their newsletter, donors, employees, contacts, etc.
Each 200 increment of emails will result in two gift certificates:
Donations will not be granted until email list received via mail on CD or via attachement at jvferrara@aol.com. Either submission should be electronic and in an Excel format. Associated names, phone numbers, or zip codes would be a bonus.
If your request is approved Pine Lakes & Julia’s Bed and Breakfast will extend a special offering to your organization. The special offer below would be sent to you in a PDF form that can be duplicated and given to each person that registers or participates in your fund raising event.
Pine Lakes is offering a Free 18 Hole Round of Birthday Golf for your Birthday.
Julia’s is offering a Free Birthday or Anniversary Gift.
